Assignment:

  • Turn your image from yesterday into a magazine cover.
  • First, save your image as a .png.
  • Next, you will need to get an action called Ezine Curly Flat from my computer.  (Command K, Browse, Linda's iMac, Teacher Public Folder).  Drag the file to your desktop and double click on it.
  • In Photoshop, open your Actions panel (look under the Window menu if you don't see it).  The action should already be in you panel.
  • Run Step 1 which will create the cover for you.
  • Add your image from yesterday.  Also add other components, such as the title of the magazine, the date, the title and date on the spine, and at least two "articles" in the magazine.
  • Run Step 2 of your action.
  • Save your image as a jpeg and upload to your blog.
